Your business runs on 5-8 tools. None of them agree on the numbers.
We connect them into one data layer on your own servers: custom dashboards on top, and an AI chat that answers "who owes us money?" straight from your database.
AVK Group is a founder-led data and AI agency for companies of 8 to 100 people. Projects start small and fixed-scope, and everything we build is documented, client-owned, and transferable. We also work as the data arm behind fractional COOs, Integrators, and CFOs. The first call is free.
What this is about
Employees spend up to 20% of their working time searching for information that already exists in the company. That's 8 hours per person per week, spent on routine instead of real work.

"I work 14 hours a day because nothing moves without me"
You're simultaneously the top salesperson, CFO, HR, and firefighter. No time for strategy.
Classic owner-led business that outgrew "I control everything" but hasn't built systems yet. 75% of companies say knowledge preservation is a priority, yet only 9% feel ready to address it (Deloitte Global Human Capital Trends).
"If my key person leaves, everything collapses"
One person knows the accounting system. Another is the only closer. A third holds all client logic in their head.
An irreplaceable employee who, without meaning to, keeps the owner hostage. In Europe the problem gets worse: firing is expensive and slow, so dependency grows. Per Gallup, 48% of companies lose institutional knowledge with each departure. Replacement costs 50 to 200% of annual salary (SHRM, 2025).
"We have a CRM, but it's a mess"
Managers run deals however they want, half the fields are empty, the real funnel is a mystery.
Marketing says '300 leads', sales says '200', database shows 150. Managers chat on personal WhatsApp, enter CRM data retroactively. Per Johnny Grow (2025), up to 55% of CRM implementations fail to meet objectives. 43% of users employ less than half the features.
"Hiring is expensive, firing is impossible"
Taxes and overhead add 30-50% on top of salary. A bad hire costs months of runway before you even know it.
Taxes and contributions add roughly 30-50% on top of salary depending on the country (OECD, 2025). A bad hire costs up to 30% of annual salary (U.S. Dept of Labor). The exact number matters less than the pattern: hiring is the most expensive way to discover that the problem was the system, not the people.
"No idea what's actually happening inside the business"
P&L once a month in Excel. Can't see what people are doing. No clarity on which projects are profitable.
90% of IT leaders report business challenges from data silos (MuleSoft, 2025). Decisions are based on fragments, not the full picture. You steer the business with no clear view of where it is going.
How much does your time cost
Every employee wasting 20% of their time loses 1 day per week. Multiply by your team. Here's what it costs.

Why it's the same everywhere
Tools appeared faster than instructions for them. CRM, task tracker, messenger, cloud: you were sold a subscription, but nobody explained how to connect them.
Nobody taught small business owners how to build systems. MBA is about strategy, not operations for a 15-person team.
Vendors sold tools, not solutions. Each covered their piece, but nobody was responsible for the whole.
Corporations have IT departments, CTOs, and integration budgets. You have yourself, common sense, and Google.
This is a systemic market problem. Not a personal failure. And every day without a solution is a day you won't get back.

Aleksandr Kudriavtsev
Founder · Performance marketing → dashboards → data & AI
10 years in performance marketing and analytics. I bought traffic and read funnels at Badoo (London), MY.GAMES, and IZDAT (Barcelona), and along the way I built the dashboards my own teams ran on.
My whole career I have counted money in a business: where clients come from, why they leave, where margin gets lost. I built the dashboards, ran the budgets, and learned to read numbers like an operator. That reading is the foundation of what we do now.
Since 2024 we focus on AI and process automation. AVK Group is a small team built around this practice. I lead every engagement personally, and bring in trusted specialists, engineers, integrators, and designers, when the project calls for it. You always know who's responsible. You always get senior attention.
What actually changed
What you could work with before
Excel, dashboards, SQL: this was always processable
What was invisible
Before language models, impossible to process systematically
What changes when everything connects
Why conversion dropped: the answer is in the calls
CRM + chats + calls = unified picture
200 calls in hours, not weeks
- Call analysis at scale.Process 500 recordings and get: which objections aren't being handled, where managers lose clients, who actually sells. Previously this took an entire QA department.
- Natural language data queries.'How many clients did we lose?', 'What's the average deal size?' No SQL, no analyst.
- Knowledge extraction from people's heads.Interview → transcription → structured knowledge base. What lived in one head is now available to a new hire in days.
- Cross-source discrepancy detection.CRM says 'deal in progress', but the client emailed 'we decided not to continue' three weeks ago. Now it is caught automatically.
- Automatic documentation.Meeting summary, task list from standup, client follow-up. Previously this took an hour after every meeting. Now it takes minutes.

HBS Working Paper 24-013, 2023 · 758 consultants BCG · confirmed: HBS 25-043 (2025, 776 P&G), McKinsey Superagency (2025, 3,613 people), BCG AI Value Gap (2025, 1,250+ firms)
AI as copilot (human checks and guides): +40% quality, +25% speed, +12% more tasks. AI as autopilot (blind trust): minus 19pp accuracy.
Dell'Acqua, McFowland, Mollick, Lakhani et al. · Only 17% of small EU firms use AI (Eurostat, 2025). The barrier is not cost. It is expertise.
What McKinsey, BCG and Deloitte say in 2025-2026
- McKinsey (Jan 2025):Employees are 3× more likely to use AI than leaders expect. AI's value comes from amplifying people, not replacing them.
- BCG (Sep 2025):Only 5% of companies achieve AI value at scale. 60% see minimal results. The difference is in the implementation method.
- Deloitte (Jan 2026):66% report productivity gains, but only 20% see revenue growth. Success belongs to those investing in people, not just algorithms.
- McKinsey (Nov 2025):Only 6% qualify as 'AI high performers.' They maintain human-in-the-loop and rigorous output validation.
What we do
Which phases your engagement includes depends on scope. The sprint maps them, and the data layer build is scoped to fit.
Examples from practice
Where a case is under NDA, names and identifying details are changed; we publish only numbers counted in the project databases.
The archive nobody read
Sales, CRM, operations, support, bank and financing data lived in separate systems. Years of texts and call recordings sat in archives nobody had time to read, let alone connect to orders and revenue.
Built a nightly pipeline that brings four core systems into one Postgres warehouse, a management dashboard on top, and read-only AI access. Classified the full text archive and reconstructed 2,078 customer journeys across systems. Management now sees the same numbers every morning without anyone assembling them.
One operations platform for a bike fleet
A subscription bike-rental network across two countries. Fleet, rentals, workshop repairs, inventory, and payments each kept their own records, and leadership wanted one true picture.
We lead ongoing product engineering for the production platform: rental orders, workshop workflows, inventory, payments, role- and location-based access, and the analytics layer on top. Leadership queries live data directly instead of waiting for a report.
The build you can click right now
Client work above is under NDA, so we built the whole system again in public: a fictional Spanish tile factory with realistic data, end to end.
Warehouse, dashboards from marketing spend to bank reconciliation, a market radar with real public tenders, and AI chat over the data. Open it and poke around: viewer / vallterra-viewer, read-only.
The market radar
The same panel looks outward. It watches your market and surfaces what is worth your time, so opportunities do not pass you by.
What they price and publish
We track competitor prices and what they post on their own public channels: new products, offers, announcements. You see the moves as they happen, not months later.
What you can win
We scan public procurement and tender platforms, score each listing against your profile, and send your team only the relevant ones, with deadlines attached.
Who to know
We find the right people and channels in your niche and track them over time. Useful for partnerships, PR, and seeing who shapes your market.
All of it lands on the same panel as your internal numbers. One place for how you are doing and what to do next.
See it live
We built a full working demo on a fictional company, so you can try the real thing before we build yours. Login: viewer / vallterra-viewer, read-only.
- A real warehouse and dashboards, from ads and calls to production, logistics, and margin.
- The market radar in action: competitor prices and live public tenders.
- A portfolio view that rolls several companies into one screen.
Connect your own AI
Inside the demo, you can connect your own Claude or ChatGPT and ask the warehouse questions in plain language.
Cerámica Vallterra is a fictional company. Its business and competitor data are generated for the demo; the public tenders it shows are real.
See the system run
Data is illustrative. Your system will be configured for your business.

How it works: money and time
Own your product. Do not rent it. The dashboards and the data both live in your own cloud or on your own servers, under your control.

FAQ
No. We work with what you have. If it's Excel, we start with Excel. System replacement usually isn't needed at the start.
Chaos is a typical starting point. Call recordings, chats, and a client spreadsheet are enough.
We can point you toward tools that take a day to set up. You enable them, we guide. Meanwhile, we start working with what you already have: chats, CRM, spreadsheets.
No. The goal is to make your team more effective, not to replace them. The harder question, how your team finds out their calls are being transcribed without breaking trust, is yours to lead. Only the owner can credibly tell their team this; an outsider announcing it = trust catastrophe. Happy to talk through the pitfalls on the discovery call if it's relevant.
Minimal. One contact person, 2-3 hours per week. Plus 1-2 short interviews with key people. We handle the main work.
Everything we build is yours: the code, the data, the dashboards, the process maps. We build on standard, widely used tools (React, Postgres, Python), so any developer can pick it up and keep going. It all runs in your own cloud or on your own servers, so your data stays under your control. If a feature uses an outside AI service, only the needed parts are sent. You own the product, you do not rent it. Everything is documented, client-owned, and transferable; ongoing help is optional and easy to stop. If you ever move on, you take all of it with you.
Per BCG (2025), 60% of companies see minimal AI returns, usually because they deploy technology before fixing processes. Sometimes the right answer is to fix the process manually first. That's also a result.
AVK Group is a small founder-led team. Alex leads every engagement personally. He's your single point of contact and signs off on every deliverable. For specific work such as engineering, integrations, design, and security, we bring in trusted specialists from our network. You always get senior attention, and the responsibility is always with us. We need access to your data and people who know how the business actually works. It's a partnership, not outsourcing, and the load on your team stays minimal.
NDA before starting, standard practice. Minimal required access. Where possible, we work with data exports/copies. Data can be anonymized. Everything created is your property. After completion, access is revoked.
Yes, and that's usually what we do. In the first week we enter through a specific pain. One loop. One cycle. If results come, we expand.
We work from Barcelona, remote and async-first, across US and EU time zones. Most of the work happens in writing and short screen recordings, so distance is not a factor. English or Russian.
If we built one for you, yes: pipelines refresh on schedule and checks flag problems without anyone pushing buttons. The system is documented and client-owned, and we hand it over so your team can run it.
You keep the client relationship, the operating cadence, and the metric definitions. We do the implementation behind you: map the sources, build the pipeline, automate the reporting, and hand over documented, client-owned code. The usual first step is one Reporting Automation Sprint on one portfolio company. We contract either with the portfolio company directly or through your practice, and we invoice in USD with the standard W-8BEN paperwork.
How the call works
One hour, one-on-one with Alex, the founder. We figure out if we're a fit.
You tell Alex about your business, as it is
He asks questions and listens
Together you look at where it hurts and what data exists
Honest answer: can we help or not
If yes, you discuss the first step
Within 48 hours, a written breakdown
What you get regardless:
- • An outside perspective. Alex may suggest something simpler than automation
- • A hypothesis on where to look for time and money leaks
- • Honest answer: is it even worth changing anything right now
What's in the breakdown:
- 1.What you shared: key topics, pain points, numbers from the conversation
- 2.What we spotted: observations and recommendations given in the moment
- 3.What we noticed during the call: observations and connections worth recording
